Explores fundamentals of real estate evaluation. Introduces the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report formulations, working problems and reviewing actual appraisals. Includes the opportunities available in the appraisal field. Lecture 3 hours per week.
