This Career Studies Certificate is designed to give students a basic understanding in the area of Quality Improvement. Special emphasis is placed on problem solving, teamwork, and developing an understanding of variation, statistical process control (SPC), processes, and systems. Once the certificate is complete, it may be applied toward completion of the Associate in Applied Science Degree with a major in Business Management.
