The Diploma in Industrial Technology with a Specialization in Production Control is designed primarily for persons who seek full-time employment in the area of industrial management immediately upon completion of the community college program. Persons who are first seeking employment in this field or who seek a promotion may benefit from this program. Specifically, the objectives of the program are to prepare graduates for a career as an industrial manager.

Many of the credits earned in the Industrial Technology Program may be applied toward completion of the Associate in Applied Science Degree Program in Mechanical Design Technology.
